本篇論文討論在鈣鈦礦量子點中引入掌性分子,使其鈣鈦礦量子點變為Ruddlesden-Poppe鈣鈦礦結構。文中利用配體輔助再沉澱技術引入掌性陽離子長鏈,可以使三維鈣鈦礦結構逐漸轉變為準二維鈣鈦礦結構。同時掌性分子會使鈣鈦礦量子點在磁場下有塞曼分裂。導致鈣鈦礦量子點對於左圓偏振光與右圓偏振光的吸收產生差異,以及鈣鈦礦量子點的光致發光會具有圓偏振性。透過X射線繞射分析儀觀察掌性分子的引入對於材料的改變。並量測其光激發螢光以及量子效率。其量子效率從40.8%提升到42.9%以及45. 2%,以及X射線繞射分析儀從原本立方晶相改變為準二維的晶相。
